Shipping policy

At Tonelli Atelier, every piece is made to order in my Perth studio.

Production time
Each bag is handcrafted individually and typically completed within 3–4 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to ship.

Shipping
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Please allow 2–7 business days for delivery after dispatch, in addition to the production time.

Please note
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
